LAW MINISTER

Dear Law Minister,

There are several loopholes in our legal system. You need to plug them. Present legal system looks as if it is functioning for the welfare of lawyers and judges. Rich can buy them to save their skin from any kind of crime. When legal system fails to protect the fundamental rights of a common man on the street, it should be deemed as defunct and should be replaced with a better one.

LEAGAL REFORMS

Legal reforms should start by scrapping down the Supreme Court of India. It should be replaced by four regional supreme courts and a Presidential Supreme Court. The structure should be like this.

Constitution of India is a rule book not a divine law. The citizens of India have the power to scrap down any system and replace it with a better one. The first hurdle on the way of reforms is judiciary. We need to tame this mad horse and train it to serve the people better.

We, citizens of India possess the right to punish the judiciary when it deviates from the constitutional path of honesty. Presidential Supreme Court would be empowered with constitutional authority to punish any High court or Supreme court judge for erroneous or favored judgment after due trial.

The President of India will head the panel of eight judges selected two each from the four regional Supreme Courts. The judges sacked by the PSC will loose their fundamental rights. All the properties held by the fugitive judge and his family members will be confiscated by the Central government. The panel of judges should differ from case to case.

The prime object of the judiciary is to protect the fundamental rights of citizens guaranteed under the constitution of India. Judiciary has no power to infer and interfere in the day-to-day business of the legislature. Terrorists grab power through the barrel of gun. Likewise, judiciary is grabbing more and more power through the barrel of constitutional immunity. This is against the basic concept of the Indian democracy. It is a punishable offence.

Indian Judiciary looks like a slave of the rich and influential.  Our political system is corrupt from top to bottom. Voters can still decide the fate of the politicians and parties.  But how to eject the corrupt judges of High Courts and the Supreme Court out of our democratic system?

If we legalize homosexuality biggest beneficiaries are judges who were addicted to this nasty psychological disorder. Judges can eye on handsome lawyers. Next on the chart will be police officers. They can pick up handsome boys from the middle of the road for no offence. Have fun with the innocent at night and release him in the morning. Or if crazy he may fix a time chart for the youth. Let me reserve our comments on lesbian Judges and police officers. Human dignity would be at stake if you legalise homosexuality. Much damage would have done before the sane parliament takes remedial measures. Let me warn the judiciary here.

Judicial system is financed by the people to safeguard their fundamental rights and law. Supreme court and High courts are not coffee clubs to discuss whatever the judges like. It is time for the central government to appoint screening committee to filter homosexuals from being appointed to the apex court and High courts. What laws are you going to enact when lesbians gang rape a teenage girl?

We the citizens of India govern the country and the states through our elected representatives. We use our franchise to punish our elected representatives by defeating them in elections. Judiciary has no right to talk about corruption in politics and assume itself as superior cadre as the percentage of corruption is a little less when compared with the political framework. All the judges are paid workers. Citizens are masters and the judges are servants. We have the power to scrap down the existing constitution and enact a new law book to guide the future generations.
